I bought the HILLGA Luxury Patio Furniture Set (7-piece, Blue V2) and the furniture itself looks beautiful, feels sturdy, and completely upgraded the look of my patio. The cushions are thick and comfortable, and the swivel rocker chairs are my favorite part — perfect for relaxing outdoors.Assembly was very easy and straightforward. Most of it can be done by one person, and the instructions were clear.What impressed me the most, though, was the customer service. When my order arrived in multiple boxes on different days, I contacted support just to confirm everything was on the way. Mia from their team responded quickly, explained the shipping clearly, provided tracking, and followed up until all packages arrived safely.I also shared feedback about the back cushions, and they went above and beyond — they upgraded the cushions with higher-density padding and shipped the new ones to me at no extra cost. Clear instructions and great tools.
The instructions and pictures made it easy to assemble. And it came with a cool mini ratchet that helped speed up the process. Very attractive and comfortable set.

We are very pleased with the HILLGA Patio set. Quality furniture at a great price.
My husband and I were hesitant to order a furniture set, sight unseen. After reading the reviews and comparing costs – both for the product and shipping from the big box store sites, we decided to take a chance on the HILLGA set. It arrived in 4 boxes (we bought an extra table) a couple days before the projected delivery date. The instructions were very easy to follow. Tools are included and all hardware (different washers and bolts) had an extra piece included in each bag. Whoever developed the process and documented the steps did a wonderful job. (It took a little longer than normal on the first chair, as my husband and I have different approaches to putting things together, so we had to work thru that). They even attached the bags of hardware to the inside of the box with a red ribbon so that it is easy to find. The furniture is well-made, sits comfortably and looks beautiful. I definitely recommend the HILLGA set.

Great quality for the money!
We bought the set with chairs, ottoman’s and table. The quality is very good and pretty easy assembly. I highly recommend this set. Material is very durable and such a comfortable set of furniture.

Great product with some quality control issues
Good:- Solidly made. The rocker-swivel is smooth and noiseless.- The cushions are squishy and comfortable. Often, outdoor cushions are little better than life vests. I’ve not had these a full season yet, though, so I’m not sure how long they will remain plump.- The cushions come with an anti-slip mat that works well enough to keep the cushion from sliding when you shift your body.- Table is stable.- No strong chemical odors.- Less shipping plastic than most similar products.- A fun little ratchet for assembly.- I found the assembly really straightforward, but I am handy, so YMMV.Bad:- Product arrived with two faulty parts. In one case, the bolt holes were misaligned with another part, so I couldn’t assemble the chair. In another, there was some welding slag stuck in a hole.- The anti slip material is thin and will likely degrade quickly. Snaps or ties, especially for the ottoman, would last longer.Redeeming:- I sent a video of the misaligned part. They shipped a replacement part in a week.- I was able to hammer the bolt home to knock out the slag.TLDR:5 points for great value.-2 for quality issues.+1 for responsive customer support.

EXCELLENT QUALITY, ARRIVED 4 DAYS EARLY
All of the five star ratings are spot on!These are comfortable, well built, they look great and there are so much better than anything I’ve had before.If I had to find one thing that’s off on the seven piece set that I got, it has to do with the four seat sofa. The two middle seats don’t perfect perfectly align with the two outer seats. There’s a gap of about an inch or more. But when you put the cushions on, you don’t notice it (unless you’re looking at it from the back and I’m not sure how big a deal that would be to anybody else. It wasn’t that big of a deal to me. I will post a photo of that but also photos of the furniture all put together. The person who put it together, said that the instructions were phenomenal!

Easy to assemble with Mia’s directions, they were in a box with the pieces.
We are in the last part of assembly today. It had the best clear English direction we ever saw on something to assemble like this. Follow Mia’s directions and you will see. The chairs and foot rests look and feel well made. Looks like we made a very good choice in replacing our old chairs!

Awesome chairs!
These chairs are so comfortable and not that difficult to put together if you have an extra set of hands. The box they came in was really beat up. I had to have one piece replaced because the rattan was cut. Customer service was great but I wished I would’ve known when the replacement piece was arriving and I never got notified when the original order or the replacement order was delivered. That was a bit odd. Overall we’re very pleased. They swivel and glide beautifully

Beautiful furniture and easy assembly
Our furniture came shortly before we were going on a three week vacation. So, upon returning home, I was not really looking forward to putting all the furniture together.Being a father and a grandfather, I have assembled my things. To my surprise, all the pieces went together as fast as I could read the directions and could turn in the screws. I had only like 4 or 5 screws that were a bit more difficult to get started.I totally respect Mia for the design and clear instructions. And we love the look and comfort of all the pieces.We recently bought weatherproof covers for the two chairs and couch for when it rains. It may not be necessary but we wanted the extra protection.I highly recommend this outdoor furniture. I was a very good decision and purchase.

Best Customer Service and Quality matters.
I just bought the 2 sofas with coffee table and 2 swivel chairs with ottomans with side table set. They are absolutely gorgeous. The quality is amazing. I had Pottery Barn outdoor furniture for 15 years. I believe these will last even longer. I am so very happy with the ease of putting the pieces together. One of the reasons I selected Hillga was the reviews on how easy they were to put together. They are true to their word.But the best part was the Customer Service, Mia. She has become my friend and was so very helpful. With questions about delivery and just the kindness was outstanding. I have never experienced such true kindness from a company before Mia.
