Love my ring!
This smart ring has become part of my daily routine. I mainly got it for sleep tracking, but I also love checking my activity and stress levels throughout the day. Super pretty, works well, and doesn’t feel bulky at all. Customer service is fantastic and responds very quickly.

So far I like it. Not sure if the readings are accurate. I’ll keep track and report backSeems the ring works well. At least they are consistent if not accurate. However the app is pretty bad. I have to restart my phone at least twice day. I have found no other app it will run with. And the thing I find the most important is being able to export data (not a screen shot) in a usable format .CSV or xcel

Okay ring. Terrible app.
I’ve been wearing my ring for about 3 weeks now, and I feel I’ve got a good feel for it.There’s good things and bad things about it. Nothing amazing, but it has potential.The good: good fit, not heavy, comfortable to wear. Decent battery life. The carry case helps charge on the go.The bad: the app is dreadful.-There’s no way to export the actual data. There’s a “share” button that just creates a screenshot. It takes 3 or 4 screenshots to get one day’s worth of data (at 30 minute measurement intervals)-There’s no warning thresholds. Your SpO2 could go dangerously low or heart rate could go dangerously high and it wouldn’t warn you.-The highest measurement frequency is 30 minutes, which isn’t helpful for accurate sleep tracking. I’d prefer the option for a more frequent measurement (which means more frequent charging, but at least I’d have the option)-The app freezes. I have to force close the app or restart my phone to get it working again. If I accidentally turn off my phone before restarting, I can’t unlock it.- You cannot link the ring (or the app) to other health/wellness/fitness apps.In short, the app needs work. Lots of work. I wish I could use it with another app, but I haven’t found one that connects to the ring. It has potential, but for now I’m neither impressed nor disappointed. If there’s a significant app update, I’ll update my review.
