I’ve been wearing this ring every day for a few weeks, and it’s been a great addition to my routine. It’s very lightweight and comfortable, so I barely notice I’m wearing it, even while sleeping. The sleep tracking is detailed and has helped me better understand my sleep habits.I also appreciate the long battery life and how easy the app is to use. One of the reasons I chose this ring is the sheer number of features it offers in such a small package. I love that it can track sleep, heart rate, daily activity, recovery levels, and other wellness data all from a single app. I also find it very convenient that it’s water-resistant and has several days of battery life. Initial setup was simple, and the app looks very comprehensive, with easy-to-understand information and tools to help create healthier habits. I’m excited to start using it and discover everything it can bring to my daily routine. Very happy with the upgrade from 4 to 5. Smaller, lighter and a great (improved) battery life. Awesome engineering to squeeze everything into such a small package.

Love it!
This is the first Oura ring I’ve owned and have been really impressed. First this version is much smaller than the previous versions friends have, glad I waited until now to get one. The app is really intuitive and makes the wealth of data provided really easy to understand at a glance. Battery life is great, not sure how it compares to older models but I’ve gotten about a week out of each charge, and the charging time is lighting fast. Overall Im really happy with it and would recommend to anyone who is interested in getting better insights into their health.

I absolutely love this ring. It fits like a regular ring. It feels like a luxurious beautiful engagement ring honestly, it’s nice. I got the silver one and it’s lightweight you almost literally you do forget that you’re wearing it. Its charges really quickly. It also connected really easily the subscription is inexpensive. It’s waterproof. Just wear it and connect and get all of your steps. Heart rate sleep and you can even connect a glucose monitor to it. I also love that it’s scratch resistant highly durable and it’s got a beautiful, shiny real jewelry like finish to it.

Buen dispositivo para salud y hábitos diarios
Uso el Oura Ring 5 principalmente para entender mejor mi salud en general: sueño, energía diaria y actividad física.Lo que más me ha ayudado es el sueño. Ahora puedo ver con más claridad cuántas veces me despierto en la noche y cómo eso afecta cómo me siento al día siguiente. Antes pensaba que dormía bien, pero el anillo me ha mostrado patrones que no notaba.También me gusta mucho la parte de energía (readiness), porque me ayuda a decidir cómo entrenar. Hay días que el cuerpo no está al 100% y en vez de hacer ejercicio fuerte, hago caminatas o descanso, y eso me ha ayudado a sentirme mejor.En el ejercicio me sirve para no exagerar ni quedarme corta. Me orienta a mantener un balance.Es cómodo, la batería dura varios días y casi no se siente al usarlo.Como punto negativo, diría que muchas métricas más detalladas requieren suscripción, lo cual hay que considerar.En general, lo recomiendo si quieres conocer mejor tu cuerpo y mejorar hábitos de sueño, estrés y actividad diaria.”

I bought this because I saw that it was slimmer, and not as bulky, I could not be more happy with this purchase! I used to have the Ultrahuman air ring and the Oura ring is definitely better in my opinion. I loved my Ultrahuman but after about a year I stopped wearing it because it was just uncomfortable and I had to get a replacement about 7 months after purchasing it because it wouldn’t charge or connect to the app. The only complaint I have is that it sometimes takes a while to connect to the app (about 3 minutes or so) when you open the app. It does still scratch but it’s not super noticeable. I love the silver color because it just looks like normal jewelry. I also like that it connects to the cycle tracking with natural cycles, makes it easier to understand what my body is doing. I haven’t had any major issues with it so far and I’m hoping I don’t because I do love this ring! I had to help my fiancé work on a customer vehicle and it held up while holding heavy parts. Definitely worth the money, you get what you pay for in my opinion.
